As we pay tribute to the Respect for the Aged day of Japan. The Primary students of Zion international School dedicated their time and effort to visit and meet the neighboring elders of our community. It was a great opportunity for us to express our gratitude and respect towards the older generation of our society. This visit helps us bridge generational gaps, and create lasting memories for both the students and the elderly.
Indeed, This visit is a great example of how small acts of kindness, like listening, sharing stories, or simply being present, can make a big difference in someone's life. It’s a reminder that love, respect, and care for the elderly should be a continuous practice, not just on special days like Respect for the Aged Day.
